How to use this site:

Shareajourney provides an automated car sharing service for most organisations including employers, visitor attractions, event organisers and schools. Depending on the type of organisation, Corporate Membership will entitle its employees, visitors, delegates, season ticket holders or parents of pupils to register individually to use the service.

Only those people entitled to register through an organisation can use this service. They will have been given a Company Name and Password, which will enable them to complete the registration process.

Once you become a member you can log a journey offer, request or both by selecting one of the top buttons (e.g. Commuters).

If someone else previously logged a similar journey, their journey details, along with your own, will be automatically listed for you. It is your choice whether to email them or not. Your email address is confidential until you decided to email someone. Shareajourney never discloses your personal details.

If there are currently no matches, your requirements can remain on Shareajourney until someone finds your journey and emails you. You have the facility to delete your own logged journeys and to edit your personal details.

You can log the following journey types:

Commuters ֠for all regular journeys like your daily journey to work

Occasional ֠for logging business and other one-off journeys

Eventday ֠for use by visitors or delegates to major calendared events

Attractions ֠for visitors to permanent attractions

Schoolrun ֠for parents of pupils of member schools
